Whitewood Estates: More Houses
This mod adds several new, modern looking homes to the Whitewood Estates neighborhood in Las Venturas. The houses were all taken from the nearby Prickle Pine neighborhood, and copied into Whitewood Estates. The houses add a more vibrant feel to the neighborhood, similar to real life modern Las Vegas neighborhoods. In a future version of this mod, the remainder of the older houses and warehouses that weren't already removed will be replaced with modern homes, and possibly a town square with a park.

Mount Chiliad: No Guardrails
This mod removes all of the annoying guardrails on Mount Chilliad. This allows for wider roads, more extreme challenges while trying to drive on the mountain, and of course, beautification!
